Go slow, and go to a professional who is experienced with blondes.
Now remember when thinking about this look, it is important to realize that this habit is costly - requiring touch-ups every 4-6 weeks since going longer can create brass or bands in the hair. As well as time consuming. If you are starting as a dark brown, it may take multiple applications to get to desired tone, and even once you are there to maintain it also takes time.
