New policies

  • All guests will be asked to complete a health disclaimer before their appointment asserting they are not sick, do not have symptoms or being sick, and have not been around anyone who is sick. Clients will be asked again to confirm they are not sick and have not been around anyone sick upon their arrival.

  • We’re going CASHLESS with payments! You can also go CONTACTLESS and pay right from your phone with a digital invoices - just ask your stylist for one!

  • Guests are asked to come to their appointment alone, with no plus-ones and with only one personal item which they will keep with them throughout their appointment.

What to expect during your next visit

  • When you first arrive, the front door will be locked. Your stylist will text you once they have completed their pre-visit sanitation and are ready to see you. 

  • You can pay upfront using a card or right from your phone with our digital invoices - sorry no cash!

  • Plan to book your next few appointments when you’re with us to reserve your visit times.

  • Be prepared for your services to be performed in the most efficient way possible - this might mean your haircut happening before your color is applied or even in some cases you heading out the door after your color is applied and taking care of washing it out once you are home.

  • At first, we will need to split up large color projects into multiple appointments, for the sake of time and safety. But please share your big ideas with your stylist anyway - those hair dreams have been keeping us all going!
