  • All of our service pricing is listed on our website — no hidden fees or surprise add-ons.

    If we adjust your service plan during consultation, we’ll review it together before we begin.

    • Come ready to relax — your Reflektion ritual is intentionally slow, soothing, and sensory.

    • Dress comfortably — avoid wearing delicate or expensive fabrics, especially for color services.

    • Bring inspiration photos — this helps us visualize and refine your vision together.

    • Arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed.

    • Bring something to enjoy — a book, laptop, or podcast for longer appointments. We have beverages and light snacks as well as a refillable water station for your bottle!
