Arrival & Timing

Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and a fee may apply.

If you’d like to add or adjust services during your visit, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Any price changes will be discussed before starting.

We love celebrating your results! We may take photos for education or social media. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know.

For safety and relaxation, only guests receiving services may join you. Children are welcome by appointment only.

Some goals—especially extensions or major color changes—take multiple visits. Your stylist will map out a clear plan and pricing for your journey.

If you’re not feeling well, please reschedule. Let us know about any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment so we can best care for you.
