CONFIRMATIONS

You’ll get a reminder to confirm your appointment 7 days before your visit by text, email, or app notification (based on your Vagaro settings). Not confirming is not a cancellation, but confirming helps us prepare for you.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance at no cost.

  • Changes within 48 hours will be charged 50%.

  • No-shows are charged 100%.

  • In Naperville, we waive the first late cancellation fee. After two or more in 12 months, a 50% deposit is required to reserve future appointments.

CARDS ON FILE

A valid card is required to reserve appointments. Cards may be charged for late changes or no-shows. Apple Pay and digital wallets are not accepted.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards and cash (no change provided in Chicago). Checks are not accepted.

LOVE YOUR HAIR GUARANTEE

Beauty should always feel lighter, not heavier. If your service doesn’t turn out as expected, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right at no cost. This does not apply if you change your mind about a look you requested.

RETAIL PRODUCTS

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if at least 75% full. After three returns, we may refuse further exchanges.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be used for gratuity.
