Inside Reflektion: Meet the Co-Owner
Leadership & Values
I approach leadership with a servant attitude. Everything I do is to make the lives of our colleagues or guests easier, not harder. Often times, this means holding standards and having hard conversations with clarity - but that is what I signed up for when starting this journey as an entrepreneur.
I have been lucky enough to have the most amazing mentors and they always listened carefully and allowed me to learn and grow without bounds. Without them I would not be where I am today.

What do you do at refleKTion?
I’m the co-owner of Reflektion Salon. I focus on the business and brand—turning our mission of helping women show up in their power through effortless, elevated beauty into everything we do: our systems, marketing, rituals, and client experience. My job is to make sure what we say as a brand matches how people feel when they walk through our doors.
How long have you been doing this?
13+ years
What’s your approach to beauty?
I like beauty to feel easy. Most days my hair is in a messy updo, my skin is clean and dewy, and I use just enough to look fresh. I love products that multitask and simplify—skincare-based makeup, purposeful haircare, nothing extra.
Over time, I’ve learned that beauty evolves with us. It’s not about doing more; it’s about doing what fits your life now. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s ease, alignment, and feeling like yourself again.
What are you into outside the salon?
We keep life pretty simple. My husband is a professional athlete, so supporting him through training and competitions is a big part of my world.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my husband and our two dogs, Pup and Enzo. I love hot yoga, long walks, sauna sessions, meditation, and journaling. Reading is my constant—I’m always in the middle of a book, usually historical fiction, self-growth, or non-fiction.
I’ve traveled to 42 countries and used to chase new places constantly, but this season of life feels more about grounding—staying close to home, spending time with family, and being fully present where I am.
Fun facts?
I’m half Burmese, which has shaped the way I see the world and the value I place on perspective, connection, and gratitude. I’m also a Gemini and a 5/1 Splenic Projector—which means I’m equal parts investigator and guide. I love learning, understanding how things work, and helping others see new possibilities in themselves and their lives.
