What do you do at Reflektion?

I’m a stylist in both locations. Specializing in both haircuts and color. I love bobs, bangs but also pixies, mid length and long layered cuts. Less maintenance lived-in blondes, brunettes to redheads and grey coverage.

How long have you been doing this?

Over 15 years.

What’s your approach to beauty?

Listening and learning during the consultation to understand a client's desired look. We define the hair goals needed for hair health to develop the right at-home routine. Then I love to teach clients how to maintain their look at home with the right tools for consistency

What are you into outside the salon?

I have a mix of passions from cooking, traveling locally or abroad, trying new restaurants, catching games for all the Chicago sports teams especially baseball, hitting all the great concert venues and spending time with my friends and family.

Fun facts?

I’m a cancer survivor and I’m always trying to be the coolest aunt to my 5 nieces and nephews.

  • Maria did an amazing job with my hair. I showed a few reference photos and she nailed it! My appointment started a bit late than originally planned but she was apologetic and checked in on me which I really appreciated.
