What do you do at Reflektion?
I’m a hairstylist that specializes in haircuts (especially long layered cuts), hair extensions, and lived-in hair color. Another passion of mine is Formal Styling (i.e. Updo’s, Glam Waves, and Blowouts).
How long have you been doing this?

What’s your approach to beauty?
Much like my personality, I love delivering the absolute MOST! As a Latino, I grew up watching telenovelas since I was little and I was always enamored by the main actresses’ hair. It was always big, sexy, voluminous, just the epitome of glamour. It’s no surprise that as a hairdresser, that is what I love to deliver to my clients. I feel that a woman feels her ABSOLUTE BEST with a head of full, sexy, luscious locks and with that, she feels ready to take on the world without anything or anyone getting in her way!!!
What are you into outside the salon?
Because I always give my absolute ALL behind the chair, what fills my cup outside of the salon tends to be more relaxed and chill. I ABSOLUTELY ADORE GOING TO THE MOVIES, especially Horror. You can expect to bury me in a movie theater when I die. I love to try new restaurants, with Mexican, Italian, and Asian food being my favorite. I also love to hang out by the lakefront with my lawn chair, some headphones, and an iced coffee in hand. I do my best reflecting in front of the water under the Sun. Every now and again, I also love to pull out a canvas and paint, specifically acrylics. It taps into a completely different side of my creativity because it becomes just me and the canvas, no outside opinions, no judgements. Just my pure emotion.
Fun facts?
I have an impeccable ability to drop a 90’s/2000’s pop culture reference at any given moment lol. I LOVE to dance and can hold my own pretty well on a dance floor. I used to also do makeup as well. Although I no longer offer it as a service, I still have a passion for it and love to stay in the know of makeup trends, especially because every now and then you’ll catch me rocking a FULLLL BEAT!!!
