What do you do at Reflektion?

As salon manager and lead client coordinator, I handle a wide range of responsibilities; My main responsibility is to ensure every client feels comfortable, cared for and valued in our space, while also managing schedules, services and staff communications to keep the salon running smoothly. I work closely with our owners to train and coach our team so everyone feels confident, supported, and set up for success.

How long have you been doing this?

I joined refleKTion salon in May 2024, bringing with me 10 years of customer service experience and 4 years as a licensed cosmetologist. My background helps me connect with clients and understand both the business and creative sides of the salon world.

How do you handle new and returning clients?

My approach to beauty is rooted in inclusivity and authenticity. I see beauty as a transformative tool that empowers people to express themselves in diverse and creative ways. It’s an opportunity to explore identity, embrace individuality, and celebrate the many forms self-expression can take.

What are you into outside the salon?

I love live music! I go to shows in Chicagoland all the time as well as travel, especially to see my favorite artists in new places. When I’m exploring a new place, I love diving into the history and the stories that give it its character; especially the strange, dark, and mysterious one

Fun facts?

I have seen one of my favorite bands in concert 83 times across 10 states and 3 countries.
