You graduated. You trained. You're skilled. But most salons will hand you a commission-only chair, wish you luck, and let you figure out how to build a book with no clients, no mentor, and no guaranteed income.
We built our training program because we've seen what happens when new stylists don't have support. They struggle alone, they doubt themselves, and the industry loses talented people it didn't have to.

HOURLY BASE
You earn an hourly rate from your very first shift. If your book is empty, you still get paid. Commission-only anxiety is not part of this job.

COMMISSION ON TOP
Every service you perform earns you commission in addition to your base. As your book grows, so does your take-home.

Your offer letter includes base pay, commission rate, and exactly what milestones move you forward. No guessing. No gatekeeping.

The Foundations program isn't a checklist you rush through. It's a full year of structured learning — technique, consultation, business skills, and the Reflektion client experience — with a test-out gate at every service.
You don't take clients on a service until you've passed the rubric. You don't graduate until the Education Director signs off personally. There are no shortcuts, and there's no rushing.

Brand Foundation
MODIULES 1–5 · CULTURE, CLIENT EXPERIENCE, CORE SERVICES
Before we teach you a single technique, we teach you who Reflektion is. You'll learn our values, master the consultation the Reflektion way, and perform shampoo and blowdry to client standard — all before moving on.

Style + Finish
MODIULES 6-8 · GLAM, FORMAL STYLING, UPDOS, KERATINS
The services you'll perform most in your first months on the floor. Getting these right early builds client confidence and rebook rates from the start.

Cutting
MODIULES 9-13 · ALL CUT SERVICES + THE FULL REFLEKTION RITUAL EXPERIENCE
Every cut service, in order. One length, bobs, long layers, pixie, men's cuts. Each one test-out gated. Phase 3 closes with a full ritual experience — your first time delivering a combined color, cut, and consultation the Reflektion way, observed by the Education Director.

Coil + Foil Progression
MODIULES 14-27 · FULL RITUAL COLOR SYSTEM
The most technically demanding phase. The foil system is sequential — each Ritual tier must be passed before the next begins. No skipping. You'll move through Lite, Classic, Glow, Signature, Transform, Grace, Correct, and Vivids — earning each service on the floor as you go.

Business + Graduation
MODIULES 28-29 ·RETENTION, REBOOKING, FULL FLOOR CLEARANCE
The program closes where your career begins. You'll learn client retention, rebooking systems, how to track your own metrics, and how to build a sustainable book. Written comprehensive test-out. Education Director sign-off. Full floor clearance.
BUILT AROUND YOU
Take more time if you need it.
The 52-week window works both ways. If you have strong fundamentals and move quickly through modules, you can hit the floor sooner. If you need more time on a technique, you have it — without falling behind or being written off. Either way, you'll know exactly where you stand. Every quarter, in a documented conversation.

QUARTER 1 WEEKS 1-13
Foundation Check
Are you progressing through modules? Are your test-outs passing? Early feedback so nothing festers.
QUARTER 2 WEEKS 14-26
Color progression review
Are you on track through the foil system? If you're behind, this is where we identify it and make a plan — together.
QUARTER 4 WEEKS 40-52
Graduation Prep
Final test-out, written exam, Education Director sign-off, and full floor clearance. You finish knowing you've earned it.
QUARTER 3 WEEKS 27-39
Course correction window
If adjustments are needed, this is the window to make them. Nothing comes as a surprise here.

Assistant
Your first weeks on the floor. Observing, assisting, beginning the Foundations program. Hourly pay from day one.
II
Co-Stylist
You're in the Foundations program and taking clients on your unlocked services. Your book starts here. Hourly base plus commission.
III
Stylist
You've graduated. Full floor clearance. All services open. You own your book and your schedule.
IV
Specialist
Advanced expertise in a specific service area. A defined identity in the market. The top of the Reflektion career track.
WHO’S IN YOUR CORNER
You're not

Education Director
The ED owns your development from day one to graduation day. They're not delegating your training to whoever has a free moment.
-Delivers every formal lesson on the teaching syllabus
-The only person who scores and signs test-out rubrics
-Weekly 1:1 check-in with every trainee
-Reviews your workbook weekly with written feedback
-Makes every booking gate decision — no exceptions
-Updates the program after every cohort based on real patterns
Mentor Stylist
One senior stylist at your location, dedicated to your day-to-day development between teaching days.
-Available for technique questions and real-time correction on the floor
-Models the Reflektion client experience in every service they perform
-Observes you with clients and flags anything to the ED early
-Sends a weekly development note on each trainee to the ED
-Coaches — not evaluates. Your test-outs stay with the ED.

We don't hide
