ENTRY LEVEL
Co-Stylist
Also called: Assistant · Junior Stylist
Ideal for stylists who recently completed beauty school or are coming from another assistant program. Our Foundations Program gives you structured education, mentorship, and a clear runway to full commission — with a guaranteed hourly wage from day one so you're never earning zero while you build.
Starting Pay
Local minimum wage, guaranteed
Chicago: $17.05/hr · Naperville: $15.00/hr — from your first day, regardless of clientele
EXPERIENCED
Stylist
Established clientele or transferable skills
For stylists who are already doing the work and want to do it somewhere better. If you're tired of a commission structure you don't fully understand, a culture that doesn't support you, or a ceiling you can't seem to break through — we'd love to talk. We offer competitive commission, quarterly 1:1 reviews, and a team that actually shows up for each other.
Commission Range
35% – 60%+ commission (uncapped)
Based on experience and service tier — reviewed and adjusted quarterly as you grow

Virtual Interview
If we think there's a fit, you'll hear from us within 5 business days. We'll schedule a short virtual call — usually 20–30 minutes — to get to know each other, answer your questions, and talk through what the role actually looks like day to day.

In-person interview + Shadow Day
If the virtual call goes well, we'll invite you in. You'll meet the team, see the space, and spend time on the floor with us. No surprises — just a real look at what working here feels like before either of us makes a commitment.
